White Dog Flowers grows on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe peoples, in the headwaters country of the Nottawasaga River, along the limestone spine of the Niagara Escarpment. These are among the most ecologically significant landscapes in Ontario — ancient, layered, and alive in ways that predate every map ever drawn of them.

We acknowledge with gratitude the Indigenous stewardship that shaped this land, and we try to honour that legacy in the way we farm it — slowly, carefully, and with our eyes open.
